Chhotaudepur district Congress Committee president Umesh Shah, former president Yashpalsinh Thakor, Nayana Shah, director of Gujcomasol and different leaders crossed over to BJP on Tuesday.

The district’s all 3 seats Jetpur, Sankheda and Chhotaudepur, are reserved for the tribals, of which, Chhotaudepur and Jetpur are with Congress, whilst Sankheda seat is with BJP.
Chief of Opposition Sukhram Rathva has been profitable from Jetpur seat for final two elections, while Mohansinh Rathva is profitable from Chhotaudepur Throng constituency. Each are senior and seasoned tribal leaders of Congress.
Sukhram Rathva has alleged: “Ruling birthday party should have abused energy to threaten cooperative chief Umesh Shah, as he’s director of 1 cooperative society, the district or state cooperative registrar may have discovered some irregularities in society, which may had been used to arm twist and threaten him that if he does no longer sign up for BJP, might land in prison, this may have forced him to sign up for BJP.”
Congress chief from the district Kajalbhai Rathva has alleged that Umeshbhai’s sister-in-law Nayna Shah had lately were given elected as director of Gujarat State Cooperative Advertising Federation Ltd (GUJCOMASOL) on BJP mandate, since then it was once transparent that Umeshbhai one day would sign up for BJP.
